Use the MapStand Support Portal. This gives you access to the all support articles, including getting started guides, tutorials, FAQs and the Community Forum.
Select the Help button located bottom left of the application.
Type your question and the MapStand Support Bot will search for knowledge base articles to help you.
If the articles provided are not able to answer your question - click on the button.
Then select the "Leave a message" link.
Complete the Contact us form and click on the Send button.
Alternatively, email firstname.lastname@example.org.This will create a ticket in the MapStand Support system and someone from the team will contact you.
