To access the Help widget, click on the Help button located next to the Search Bar on the top left-hand side of the map.
The Help widget allows you to:
- Search existing Support Portal articles for help
- Contact our Support Team to request help
- Provide feedback on the application. We'd love your feedback on anything and everything, so we can constantly enhance the user experience and improve our products and services.
To search existing Support Portal articles, type a keyword(s) into the search window:
- How to .....
- search bar
Links to the most relevant articles are displayed. Click on the link to display and read the article.
Otherwise click on the Get in touch button.
The widget asks: "How do you want to get in touch?" Select the Leave a message button.
Your name and email address are automatically populated. Just add a description of what you'd like help with. Add attachments if these help to describe the issue. Then click the Send button.
Top Tip: When submitting feedback, please remember to tell us as much as you can - if it is related to content please copy a permalink and add it to the request - this will enable us to see exactly what you were looking at!
This will send a message to our Support Team. You will receive an automated reply that says “request received” with a ticket number from MapStand Support. The Support Team will review your request and respond to you shortly.
