The Help button is located on the bottom left hand side of the platform.
The Help button allows you to:
- Search existing Support Portal articles for help
- Contact our Support Team to request help
- Provide feedback on the application. We'd love your feedback on anything and everything, so we can constantly enhance the user experience and improve our products and services.
To search existing Support Portal articles, type a keyword(s) into the search window:
e.g.
- How to .....
- access
- login
- search bar
- news
- layers
Links to the most relevant articles are displayed. Click on the link to display and read the article.
Otherwise click on the Contact us button
Your name and email address are automatically populated. Just add a description of what you'd like help with. Please add attachments if these help to describe the issue and then click the Send button.
Top Tip: When submitting feedback, please remember to tell us as much as you can - if it is related to content please copy a permalink and add it to the request - this will enable us to see exactly what you were looking at!
This will send a message to our Support Team. You will receive an automated reply that says “request received” with a ticket number from MapStand Support. The Support Team will review your request and respond to you shortly.
